How long does a typical MAC project take?
Duration varies significantly by scope, from a single-day add to multi-phase moves spanning several weeks. We establish the timeline during Scope and Align and hold to it. If a constraint surfaces that could affect the timeline, you hear about it from us with a proposed resolution before it becomes a problem.
Do I need a dedicated coordinator, or can my facilities team manage it internally?
Most facilities teams are managing ongoing operations alongside projects. When a MAC project adds cross-vendor coordination, active documentation requirements, and real-time communication management on top of that workload, a dedicated coordinator is the difference between a project that runs clean and one that creates escalations you have to explain upward.
What does firm fixed price mean in practice?
The price established at Design and Plan is the price. No change orders unless scope materially changes by mutual agreement. We price what we promise.
